upgrading from the note 3.

My note 3 took a fall in a puddle last week, now half the screen only works with the spen. It's about the same to pay it off and upgrade as it is to insurance claim it. Is the note4 worth the upgrade or Am I better off waiting for the next note? Thoughts?
