So, I picked up an AT&T note 4 this weekend for my wife. Immediately downloaded the Lollipop update and did a factory reset. Disabled all the bloatware I could, and set up her Google account. All of her contacts (4000+) synced up fine, and have had no problems with the phone.
Until now. If she adds a new contact on her phone, it syncs to her Google account. But if she goes into her Gmail account on her computer and adds a contact, it does NOT sync with her phone, even though the initial sync worked. We turned on her old phone, and the contact that wouldn't sync to her new phone showed up on the old S4 just fine.
Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas for a fix? She owns her own business, and if we can't figure this out quickly, she's just going to return the note.
