Problems with signal

Hello everyone, this is my first post in the forums, but I've been reading a lot over here.

I bought a S2 locked for Cable & Wireless here in Panama Republic, I rooted and then unlocked it.
Yesterday I opened a contract with Claro that now has 4G, well the problem is that 4G is not stable, it goes like H+, H, 3G,EDGE and sometimes it stays in 3G or EDGE, in H+ only stays like 1 minute or less.

The other problem is that I make a call and it works perfectly, when I want to do another call, it shows call failed and when someone tries calling me it happens the same.

Today at the Claro store we changed the Sim card thinking it was a problem of sim but the problem continues.

i have same problem with signal here in Saudi Arabia when i working in the internet coming H but when i stop for second it will back again to 3g

hi me to having same kind of problem .. it mostly stays in EDGE even in 3G network.. some one help please....

Playing with the S2 today I noticed that the phone only works when it is in 4G (H+).
