Change outgoing signature

Remember how much fun it was to change "Sent by my Samsung Galaxy SII on AT&T" to "Sent using smoke signals"?
How do I do that on a SG S4 Active?

Menu> settings> select the account to change> common settings> signature.

My setting does not have a "select the account to change".

What I was referring to was, just tap on the account listed that you want to change the setting for. For example, mine shows my work email listed, since that's the only email I have going through the default app.
