Is it possible to move device data from SURE Universal remote to Peel Smart Remote?

I've been using SURE Universal remote and have learned a number of devices. Is it possible to port the data to Peel Smart Remote?

Possible? Yes. Practical? No.

You'd have to write an app that would read from the SURE app and write to the Peel app's data files.

Any data conversion is possible, but some of them take years of experience and months of work.
