Security updates Failed

I am trying to update my security policy but every time I try to it says to connect to the wifi or network. I am around a wifi and my network is working just fine. Is there any other way to completing this task.

Do a restart, then try it again.

I have done that, I tried to do on diff WiFi connections.

There us an old thread on this subject from when I was having similar problems. It has a number of suggestions.
