How can i open a samsung s5, that seems to have an operatorlock?

i bought my samsung s5 used. The first 30 minutes that i put my own sim card in, it worked fine. i was able to call out a coupple times before the signals where gone. now it`s a sircle with a line inside, like a forbidden sing. can someone here please help me with this problem?

Take it to your carrier. Whatever the problem is - and there are several possibilities - they will be able to resolve it.
