S5 constantly drops calls

I have a Verizon S5 and have been plagued with dropped calls since the beginning. I finally decided to do a search and only really found info on the S6 and HD voice. I do not have HD/Advanced voice activated. Never had any issue with carrier signal on multiple iphones at same location. I have heard a factory reset may help but really what is the issue.

Does it happens on a single contact or every contact?

It happens with any contact.

Stop by a VZ store and get a new SIM card first, that hopefully will solve your issue.
