Find my mobile not picking up my tablet

I'm trying to set up "find my mobile" and it looks like i get the "green light" to find my s6, but my Samsung Galaxy Tab4 10.1 keeps saying "the device is offline or network connection unstable"

I open up my tablet and can go to web pages and I also have GPS turned on as well. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I tried from my phone (findmobile site) and i'm trying from my tablet as well. Both say the same thing about my tablet. Devise offline.

FMM gives your tablet error for my S6, so it may not be an isolated problem. I contacted support last week, who told me there was a problem between their service and my S6.
Have you tried Knox, then subscribing to MyKnox? That works, but location data doesn't update to the current location. You might have more luck with it.
