getting rid of AT&T/ apps and other questions

How do I get rid off all these Att apps? And the direct TV thingy. Do I need to install an Antivirus? I didn't have one on my iPhone. Are the apps and themes on the store secure? Like Apple store. Thank you in advance.

Package disabler pro is what I used on note 5. I'd say no to antivirus. Play store apps I'll say just be careful it's a mixed bag.

I used package disabler as well. Some apps can also be disabled from the app manager, but I prefer package disabler as i can backup the disabled list, and import it when needed.
