Changing keyboard to high contrast mode on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

I have limited vision and I want to change the keyboard to high contrast mode. I have followed the steps as follows: settings>accessibility>vision>high contrast keyboard, but once I have enabled the button, and come out of settings, and gone back in, the button has reverted to "off", and the keyboard is just the default one. Somewhere there should be a menu come up giving options for size of keyboard, and enabling high contrast, but I can't find it.

Problem solved after speaking to Samsung technical support, who backed up and rebooted the phone - now works perfectly.
