Can’t seem to buy edge panels

For some reason when I try to add more edge panels that need paying for as I try to download it. It asks for my password and whenever I put my password in all it says is no app to perform this action and just says loading and the screen freezes. Any reason why I can’t buy any edge panels?

Can you access the Galaxy Apps app store okay from its App Drawer icon? (The Panels are from Samsung's store, not Google Play - two different accounts and payments to set up.)

I don't seem to have the Galaxy apps app store. Where do you find it? I guess that's why when I press download it does nothing

Never mind I figured it out. Package disabler pro had disabled it

I wish that the mail panel for download was other email accounts other than just Gmail
