Voice connection failing??

Hi, i have a s7 edge and when connected to my car ( a hyundai i40 tourer. 2013 model) it does almost everything it should plays the music accepts calls has the text read out, etc but it won't fully work off the voice recognition, i can bring up the phone book, but it won't then make a call when i say a name, just as when i recieve a text the car asks if i want to reply, allows me to reply even reads my reply back to me, tells me the message has sent but it does not send off the phone, i have tried allsorts to no avail.... so any help on here would be great..cheers.
