I'm having a problem with my brand new S7 Edge. I went to register my USAA debit card for Samsung Pay and it wouldn't go through. Eventually, it had me call my bank. They had me look for the VSSP number in the USAA app. They said that the issue seems to be that number in my phone doesn't match the number that the bank has.
Since it also doesn't work on Android Pay, I suspect that it could be related to the October security update that I was seeing recently. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
