Tab 3 10.1. Need root help

So I tried Kingo last night to root my tab 3. I did not create a backup prior to doing it.....ya I know. I got a little ahead of myself. Now its stuck on the start screen where it says Galaxy tab 3. I started to use Odin but I can't find a firmware file I think is safe to download. please help. This was my first time trying to tweak a "tablet". It did or does have the 4.4.2 os.
