How can I fix 'application cannot be installed due to default application location'?

'application cannot be installed due to default application location'

hello. i tried to install an app on my samsung galaxy tab s3 but it said 'application cannot be installed due to default application location. i do not have an sd card and i have tried going to my storage but it didnt work. however on my phone i installed something from aptoide and it may be my default installation location. how do i change it?

Are you sure the app didn't install? (Look in the app drawer.) you may have the phone set to install an icon on the home screen every time you install an app, and there's no room on the home screen for any more icons, and that's what the message is telling you.
