Samsung won't post negative reviews!!!
It really angers me when a company claims to post reviews and they arbitrarily pick and choose what to post. Samsung has declined to post a review of mine twice. Neither of these reviews violated their guidelines and they won't give me any specific for rejecting them other than "...your review did not meet our posting guidelines."
My complaint was about difficulty getting answers to questions about my new Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus 32GB and accessories for it. First problem was my inability to select my correct product online. Second problem was trying to report first problem using the "Email Webmaster" link on the "Contact Us" page - It loops back to the Product Selection page where selecting "not emailing about a product" takes you back to the "Contact Us" page. Nice...
