Do I have to pay for apps/faces again?

I reset my phone and my watch last night and when I went to the Gear app store I was greeted with a "buy" button for faces I've already paid for. Am I missing something? Did I just lose out on $20 +/- worth of faces I purchased?

You need to sign in again with your Samsung ID/password. After that, the apps you purchased will be available in the Gear App Store by clicking the menu (top left) and choosing "My Apps". Hope this helps
