Airpods are fantastic, the only thing missing is a physical volume control on them. You'll have to wait until next year for airpods 2 but they are really great as is

iPhone Xs and this is coming from an Android guy that was anti Apple. The iPhone is the better device

I have the s9. If it gives you piece of mind then go for it but there are many complaints about them because of the curved screen

I never use a screen protector, I do use a very protective case however. Never cracked or scratched a screen and I am rough on my phones

I am contemplating leaving Samsung for the Pixel 3 or even gasp, an iPhone. Every Samsung I've had becomes laggy at see point and I am tired of it. I just want my apps to work when I want to use them. Too many issues with the camera lagging, crashing, freezing. Happens on maps also.

Every Sammy I've had lags and gets buggy over time including my current s9. I want a smooth phone experience.

My camera lags and freezes on s9 so it may not just be the Note

I doubt it will but I would get it if it works with the OtterBox Defender

I can't answer that, I've never used the Rugged but the Defender seems better constructed

Defender. Reliable and best protection you can get. My s9 has survived several nasty drops on concrete even face down without a scratch.

Personally I don't care about innovation, I just want my phone to work right when I need it. I've missed some good pictures and videos of my puppy because the camera was slow to open and or froze. I need the basic stuff to work right but I understand everyone has different needs/wants

Likely switching from my current S9 I've had several Samsung's and every single one gets laggy and buggy and I am tired of it. Thought of turning to the dark side and go iPhone but don't really want to so I may give the Pixel 3 a go to try pure Android.
