What do you mean broken?
I have issues with quite bad quality of audio recordings, and also with phone calls (in that case though, the problem is in what I hear, so I am not sure if it comes from the mic too).

my issue has been with each phone in call no one can hear me, the shop has replaced each handset but its starting to annoy me
