I ordered a replacement SGSIIET and I received it in the mail today. I went ahead and activated the phone and after activating I decided that before putting all of my own information on the phone I would do a hard reset.
I pressed the volume and power and when the menu came up I pressed the volume button up (I can't remember exactly what it said the volume up did, but I remember that volume down said "reset phone")
The problem is it has been stuck on a screen that says the following for 20+ minutes:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SPH-0710
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: NO
CURRENT BINARY: SAMSUNG OFFICIAL
then it says:
Downloading...
Do not turn off target!!
I have not idea what to do now other than pull the battery, but it's telling me not to turn it off.
