Should I have this enabled? Does it enhance positioning and can it also have negative effects with the magnetic field use?

I disabled mine. I thought i read somewhere it uses up more battery.
Technically its supposed to help if your in GPS coverage then go underground or into an area where it looses GPS.

I turned off sensor aiding a long time ago when I couldn't get a gps lock. It seems to lock on faster when its turned off.
