Anyone else getting your battery charged at 90% and not going any higher? Shall I exchange it?

Is your complaint that it's not going to 100% or that it's not going to the mid nineties?

The Nexus S series is designed to keep the phone from charging to 100% to prolong the life of the battery (don't shoot me, I'm just the messenger).

My phone does usually charge to about 95 or 95% however. If that's the case for your phone, don't exchange it - that's the design.

Just about any device out there stops normally at 95%... You can attempt a bump charge to get it up closer to 100% by unplugging and replugging in the charger and sometimes it will give you a little more up to 97 or 98, possibly 100%...

FYI, this happens on stock OS and custom ROMs.
