Sprint Galaxy Note 3 - Dialing 1 to receive calls

When I receive an incoming call, I'm instructed to dial 1 to accept the call. It's annoying and time-consuming. How do I turn this off?

You have Google voice on just go to the app and turn it off

Thank you. Had to go into Google Voice settings on my computer and turn off Call Screening.

Actually, Google Voice caused even more problems. For instance, my incoming calls weren't connecting at all. No ringing, no missed call notification, no record whatsoever. I finally totally deleted it from my computer, and now everything is fine. I would suggest you do the same. The Sprint rep said they've had many problems like mine that were traced to Google Voice.
