Sprint Galaxy Note 3 - Cannot attach photos on certain apps

Hello all. I don't know if anyone else has been having this problem. I have tried on Instagram, Tango, Kik and a couple others and when I try to add them the app restarts. Anyone know what that's about?

Sounds like a software conflict with another app. If you have Light flow installed uninstall and see if you can send pics.

I don't have light flow installed. Not sure what else it could be

Have you tried copying the photos to a new folder?

That did work one time but I don't want to have to do that every time I want to attach a picture. It even does it when I take a picture.

It sounds like something is making your photo folder ("DCIM") protected status. Can you think of any apps that use your photos? Do you have a camera app installed or anything for photo processing... It's an app conflict somewhere. But we don't know what you have installed.
