note 2 blurry images

My galaxy note 2 z not able to focus while taking images... all images are blurry

Press a finger on the screen of the object to focus it and then snap the picture. That is how I get a good focus. The little focus box will beep and change color and then hit the shutter button.

I don't remember noticing it at first but recently all of my photos are noticibly out of focus everywhere except for a small area in the center of the photo. Any ideas? Thanks

Stupid question, but did you take the plastic off of the lense?

yes I did and as I said, I didn't have this problem at first.

Have you turned off the image stabilization maybe by accident?
