Unlocked AT&T galaxy notei717

Ii have a the note 1 unlocked at&t running gingerbread and I was running Odin v.3 something and I don't think the phone was rooted b4 hand and I tried to upgrade to jellybean and it failed on Odin 4 times as it says custom binar downloads 4. Now its stuck in upgrade went wrong blah and Odin won't connect and I can go into recovery mode but as soon as I volume up it goes back to previous screen open kieselguhr and put into recovery mode.if I volume down it just turns off and back to the Odin recovery screen.battery pulled out plenty of times and does the same thing over..I don't know what to do. Please tell me this is not full brick or soft brick. I know iPhone jail breaking and custom ipsws so hopefully droid users can give me a rundown
