Leaving T-Mobile maybe and have a Cel-fi System?

I am thinking of moving to Sprint Where i can get unlimited Data, Talk and Text for 60 + Phone on Sprint Easy pay for under $100 after taxes where I am paying $120 a month and No service in my house other then using the Cel-fi thing they gave me. If I do decide to go to Sprint or really anywhere how does returning it work and everything?

They offer the Cel-fi For free as long as you are a T-mobile customer.... The item cost is like $500 full price and renting is the logical choice

No it is their new pricing for individuals. The year thing is for the extra data on the family plan.
