StraightTalk service/ AT&T sim card

There are times that unless I am in a wifi spot, I cannot get internet but MORE IMPORTANTLY is that I cannot get MMS to work and such shame as this phone has 13 MP that will not allow me to send thru text but can do so thru fb messenger which is completely inconvenient! PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE !!! Thanks ...... I have SAMSUNG GALAXY 4

Which model S4? Is it rooted? What apn settings are you using?
