Help my phone isn't working at all...

my phone is freezn on a samsung icon..
I try to hard reaset by push UP+DOWN+power togeter
and it start running some cheksum and it got stuck on

"install default apk-files,please wait"
more then 30 min.

What to do??

and by the way there is a way IF i'm doing a factory reset it will ask my to inter a unloackcode again?
How I do a factory reset with a usb cable? becuse noting working on the phone..

What carrier do you have and what did you do to make it lock up the way it did?

I'm in isreal (name cellcom 3G -if it mean somthing to you),the network works good after adding apn setings (iAndroid • צפ?” ?‘?*?•שא - ר?™?›?•?– ?”?’?“ר?•ת APN ?œ?™שרא?œ)

but I still can't make a vidoe calls..what is missing?

whan that happend I just using bluethoooth...and hering audio files..that's it!

righat now it get back to normal
Only the WIFI is'nt work after using wifi for 60 min.

It say only Error whan I try to get the wifi to work,any ideas?

the Live Chat Support tall my to factory reset,
so I do it,but after suffing with wifi the wifi did get an error agian
so I have to do factory reast agian

why it happinng?
becuse an app?
there is an app that do an restor like befor I iinstall any app?

Sorry,
1.After I did factory reset it fix the wifi problem,but after I install some app like (Free GPS Navigation with Turn by Turn - Waze)
the wifi stop working (it tell my only the word Error noting more)...
so there is a way to make a recover and go back
before I install an app form the market or unkonw sorce?!
or somehow fix the wifi probleam without do a factory reset


2.I still can't make a vidoe calls without an app like skype/QIK...
so there is a way to make a video call to someone else that didn't have the this app (skype)

In order to make a video call, the recieving end also has to have that same app installed on their phone. And you both have to have eachother added in your contacts.

Now the wifi problem. Im not sure about that. Put that power widget on your screen and make sure the wifi is always checked as on. It might be an issue with that app. But if you have a navigation program on with turn by turn, you shouldnt have the wifi on anyway. Make sure your GPS is on when using that and Wifi is clicked off.

like the 3G old phones!?

the gps was on always..even when I turn off the wifi keep tall me error...

You need an application to actually make a video chat with. Like Qik, Tango or Fring for example. Make sure its compatible with the Infuse. I believe Qik and Tango is right now.
