Question 2023 latest phones and fast charging

Hi I owned a S23 ultra, does anyone daily fast charge to 100 or 80 will it degrade the phone life after 2 yrs from 100 or 80 to 40? In 30 mins? Anyone else had no issue with last Yr phones and 2 yrs ago? Do latest phones have cooling on fast charging?

I personally never had issues with charging 10 to 100%. My lifestyle could never do the 40 to 80 charge which they recommend to preserve battery life as long as possible and Samsung fast charge looks to be safe on battery degrading so far .

I only fast charge my S23 Ultra very occasionally, usually slow wireless charging overnight is enough.

I wouldn't recommend regularly charging from 0-100 at any speed... can't expect a battery to last if it's routinely mistreated.

Fast charging daily depends. you talk about currrent phones... most of them are probably fine, but I wouldn't expect something like a Xiaomi that's charged at 120w every day to have very good battery health after a year.

The Samsung 45W fast charger charges my S23 Ultra without causing it to overheat or become too warm, which could damage the battery? . For daily fast charging, does the phone have cooling features to dissipate heat, or does the charger have a built-in mechanism to prevent the phone from getting too warm and causing damage?
