Is it safe to use a stand converter and adapter to charge my Galaxy 3S?

Same question for my Samsung Android Galaxy Tab 2?

Welcome to Android Central! Most chargers these days work on both 110V and 220V, so a voltage converter usually isn't needed. Look at the fine print on the charger to make sure it says 110V-220V.
