App close randomly on my new Android 7.0 phone

I just got a new phone (DOOGEE X30 model) the other day, and apps close randomly with no error message, they just close and return me to my home screen. I tried resetting my phone countless times and clearing my cache. I dread factory resetting cause that would mean relogging into every app and account, it takes a long time, the phone also lags a lot of the time for no reason at all. Anyone have any advice for me? I got the phone from Amazon, if that helps.
