App to pin ideas with others.

Hi, I run a Facebook group, but I want an app for people to pin ideas. We are a Basketball group based in a certain area. I run the biggest club in that region, I want to give people want they want to improve the sport etc.

So, my idea is having a place for them to go to pin ideas for events or anything they'd like to see done in the area, which can get up voted or down voted by others, preferably all anonymous, but if not, then that's fine also.

What app would be best for this? Or if there is a better website for that? Or both!?

Welcome to Android Central! One simple solution would be to create a shared Google Sheet where anyone could add their ideas. You could have a column to the right where people could tally upvotes or downvotes. You could probably come up with some kind of formula to easily sort everything by the upvote/downvote column.
