Ascending alarm?

A few months ago I switched my Motorola Droid out for the Incredible and never looked back, but one feature I do miss is being able to set up the alarm clock to ascending volume. I hate waking up to a loud alarm, but I'm paranoid that if I set the volume too low, I'll sleep through it.

Does anyone know of a way to do this on the incredible, through an app or otherwise? It did occur to me to edit the audio file, but that's a pain and I'd like to be able to switch up the alarm once in a while without a hassle.

Any suggestions?

Not sure of an app that makes notifications ascend in volume but you could also look for a notification sound that does that and just add it your list of alarm sounds.

Try Alarm Klock
Lets you set the initial volume as well as the final volume, with an option for how many seconds it will take to fade up to the final level.
