Got my FedEx tracking number from Newegg earlier today though still not showing up on FedEx page. Shipping from Indianapolis so hopefully I'll have it by Wednesday.

After which I'll have to explain to the wife why I need yet another new phone!!

I had placed a pre order on July 15 through Newegg and I canceled it due to a lot of negative comments from people that got the gold phones. Yesterday Aug 14 I had a change of heart and decided to pre order from Newegg again thinking it wouldn't ship before Sept 9. But Newegg just charged my card and my phone should be shipping from New Jersey today. I paid for 2 day shipping. Newegg must have received a bigger supply than they originally thought. I had a change of heart because I was promised by Newegg that I could return the phone for a refund if I didn't like it. So we'll see.

Just wondering how the gray look..I like more dark gray and hope it isn't like HTC one m8 gray..

My Quartz Grey is a mere two hours from my house and will definitely be delivered tomorrow. Sadly I don't get home from work till around 7:30. :-(

This is correct. I spoke with a Newegg supervisor last week and he confirmed this. Even though the product page says 30 day return there is a statement 2 lines down that states the phone falls under the Standard Return Policy. Reading this policy states no refunds are allowed on a non contract phone. Supervisor confirmed this.

Isn't that misleading though? What's the point in saying 30 day return policy if that's not actually the case?

Finally got home and there it was in all its quartz grey glory. Probably will wait till the weekend to set it up. Here are a couple of pics along with a side by side comparison to my Moto XPE. Feels good in the hand and not that slippery. Still, gonna buy some sort of case as I have bad luck when it comes to dropping phones.

Got mine too. Absolutely love the phone.. sound and display is excellent. Just need to get good screen protector( the OEM one is not very good I got some halo along the edge I end up go naked now)

I've always been on the Moto line with my android phones so was easy to use Moto Xfer app -- can anyone recommend an easy way to get my data/wifi settings/photos over? I signed in with google and only got my apps and contacts and no app data. The NFC setup via Axon setup failed 3x for me...

I've got the gold one and I love it. There are a few things like the camera and software that bug me but it's all fixable through software updates.

Do you have T-Mobile, how is the wireless and data speed for it? That my biggest worry.
