Bookmarks Won't Work

The bookmarks in the native browser will no longer work. Also, I can't delete the previous pages; when I try to close them I get a message that there is no internet connection when there is one active. I've just switched browsers to Chrome; however, I'd still like to know what's happening. BTW this was both before and after the latest software update.

Have you tryed resetting the browser??
