I went to do this and seen they were offering an enhanced trad in of $400 for my cracked screen note 10+, so I went that route. It was $150 more to do that, but I get a like new phone with warranty, new battery. I've also heard that replacing a screen can require replacing the LCD panel also, which would drive the total cost to $300. So, $250 I have new battery and don't have to worry about needing a LCD panel when they tear into it.

They must be trying to blow out their Note 10+ inventory, because I was able to trade in my old, screwed up N10+ for 400 as well. I got a "newer," N10+ for 260.

I got the $11 education discount. Everyone can get that. I was just going to fix the screen for the $100, but I figured for extra benefits it was worth the extra, specially getting a new battery on a older phone.

I question how "new," the batteries are because my constantly drains like it did on my old device.

I was able to get 400 for my old Note 10+, plus I had 15 dollars off in Samsung points and also had another 5% promo code, so around 260. Pretty darned good. I was going to try to trade it in for an S20 which I could have gotten for 340, but 260 for a Note 10+ is even better.
