Camera Flash Notification

I have noticed that since the upgrade for Android 13, my cover screen keeps flashing all the time from normal to black when incoming calls and when the camera flash notification is turn on.

So, it flashes for a black screen having an option to turn off for 1 sec. Than 1 sec I can see the incoming call, than 1 sec saying turn off. I do not get it, it was not happening at all before Android 13. It so annoying because I hardly can see the call which is incoming and I cannot answer it.

Does anyone know about this or even faced with this recently?
