Damaged Antenna from Screen Replacement?

I am wondering if a screen replacement has damaged my phone's antennas.
Last week, I had a cracked screen repaired on my S7 edge under my Verizon Asurion warranty. Since then, my cell service has been abysmal. My phone is showing 1x-3g most of the time, and it constantly tells me I am offline. I have placed my SIM card in my Note 5, which was on a desk next to my S7 edge, and the 4G works flawlessly. Wifi is workingfine on both phones.
Has anyone had this happen before? Thanks.

Update: after swapping the SIM card four or five times over the past few days between my s7 Edge and Note 5, I did it again today before I was going to do a factory reset, and I have 4G again on my s7 edge. No idea what has been going on, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the signal strength stays good.

I hope it remains so. It sounds like maybe something was loose and has worked its way back together. Let's hope it stays that way. You may want to file a complaint with Asurion just in case it works its way loose again so they have a record there was a problem.
