Dead Spot on Screen?

I seem to have a dead spot on my screen, in the upper left hand corner. This would be for instance; the left hand side of the Google search bar, the Inbox drop down menu in Gmail, the drop down menu spot for the NFL app, etc. Anybody else seen this. I've tried several re-boots but it remains the same. Also tried lifting the screen protector and had no luck.

It's a Motorola Droid Turbo ballistic nylon 64gb.

Thanks, Rich.

I can't post a link yet, but Google dead pixels as there are some remedies for stuck pixels online that may help you.

Bumping this because I would like to get an opinion from anyone on what would be the best app to use. Googling it showed me the Dead Pixel Detect And Fix app. Is that a good one to use?

Dead spot upper left corner? Do you also have the Facebook Messenger app installed? If yes, when you go into settings, do you have the chat heads feature turned on? If yes to both, does turning off chat heads fix the problem?
