Do I need to purchase a digitizer screen or just replacement screen?

I dropped my Galaxy S4 face screen first onto concrete. Do I need a digitizer replacement or just a replacement screen? Touch screen still works. Calibration is good. Help Please!

If you are planning to replace it yourself you will need to buy the screen with the digitizer. I doubt weekend warrior skills will be enough to properly separate the digitizer which is glued to the screen.
