Frozen icon?!

[Android Central Question]

The permanent icons at the bottom of your home screen, phone, messages, contacts, and google are the 4 icons on the bottom of my home screen. Anyways, I know how to move them, but my message icon is gone n FB replaced it, but the problem is that the FB icon is frozen. I already have another FB icon on the screen, so Idk why there's one down there but that one's is frozen and im not able to replace it with the message one. If im able to make these icons be frozen i wiah i would've known that along time ago cuz they constantly are getting shuffled around my screen, but this is different. Any tips?! Thx

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? The stock launcher on some phones (I think Motorola is one of them) has a feature where the Favorites Tray will show you app "suggestions" intelligently. There's usually a way to turn that feature off, but we'd need to know which phone you have first.
