Galaxy S4 : Stuck at Samsung screen after flashing Google 4.3 update

i have a samsung s4 the gtI9505, and i have been trying to install the 4.3 firmware from google play onto my phone but when i installed it, they asked me the rom may flash stock recovery question , that question never popped out for the people doing the guides, i clicked yes and now my phone is stuck at the samsung screen please help!!!!!

My samsung s4 also stucked, now donno what to do with it, I tried to download the rom using external sd card
