My girlfriend is currently in Australia and has been having some issues with her phone. I've been attempting to troubleshoot it from the other side of the world.
After a few days of trial and error, I have finally sorted out that her phone can make and receive calls, gets internet service (though not sure if the gs6 is fully latching on to the telstra network for fastest speeds), and can make outbound calls to both land lines and mobile phones. The catch is, it will only call numbers that she first saves into her contact list.
Any ideas of what it is or what the menu steps would be to find the setting? I'm guessing it's some sort of parental control that accidentally got turned on? However I'm not there to walk through it and am unfamiliar with that particular model.
