Hi - I saved some old phone calls from Inbox to Saved folder of the Appliqato Call Recorder app on my Samsung S7 but now I am unable to either play or share them.
Some of the more recent calls can be saved but older ones from 2018 / 2019 and some from 2020 cannot be shared. Upon trying to play those old calls, the prompt is 'file format not supported' when all the recordings (new and old) are in the same format, i.e. AMR.
The storage path I chose when installing the app was 'Internal' but all the calls that I moved from Inbox to Saved folder are not visible when I hook up the phone to my laptop,
Please advise how can I access the old calls.
