Galaxy Tab A7 Lite update

Have a question about Galaxy Tab A7 Lite LTE.
I don't have internet and I'm trying to connect my Tablet to Chromecast by using Google home and my data plan.
I haven't used it for about 9 months and when i tried to use it it wouldn't connect.
There used to be wi-fi sharing on the hotspot / tethering, its not there anymore.
Does any one have any suggestion?

Chromecast has always required a wi-fi network. Are you saying you used to be able to use a hotspot for your Chromecast?

Yes i did, and 1 tablet.
When i turn on the hotspot, it turns off the wifi and also in reverse.
