Galaxy watch 4 lte 46mm not working on lte

I'm having issues with my current watch listed in the title.

I'm now on my 3rd watch,

1st was with telus not lte had it for 1 week decided I wanted lte and telus didn't have 1 locally so switched to bell.

Had the 2nd lte watch for again 1 week when I had 2 problems with bell 1st was they forgot to activate it 2nd was my texts were not sending and the recipient was getting them multiple times and was therefore killing my battery on my s20 ultra 5g BUT the watch worked without my phone.

Now the current watch I have in the title network will not work on the lte network without my phone its useless. I've repaired it redid the network and now telus is resorting to Google and YouTube cause they have no idea wtf is wrong. I'm about to send this watch back cause I'm about done with it. Please help.

Did you try calling your carrier? Sometimes with T-Mobile I've had to call to explicitly have my phone number transferred to the new watch.
