Gear S3 reactivation lock

Purchased my gear S3 frontier from another person and had it for a couple months with no issues. I did a factory reset on the watch and afterwards it wouldn't let me reactivate because it did not recognize my Samsung account. So the reactivation lock is on. Can anybody help me with unlocking this reactivation lock so that I can use the watch again?

Me too i bought it from offer up the guy tested but as soon i got home it was reset and block now is useless
