Is there a way to make the widget a solid nontransparent color?

I checked it poweramp and turned on the setting like you stated. I used pulsar and to me it sounds so close I can't tell a difference. Could be me....I'm not a young as I used to be and i may have a harder time with sounds from being a drummer for many years?

The joy was short lived... Not sure why, but it keeps failing and defaults to regular output audio. I've tried Uninstall in and reinstalling and nothing. Keeps failing. Bummed.

Wondering if anyone tied the Neutron music player since it has a 32 bit mode.

I have. It's taken some tweaking in Neutron to get it sounding its best and still loud enough to satisfy my ears on my V-Moda M100s (without my FiiO Amp/DAC), but I'm very pleased with the results now. I am curious to try the PowerAmp Alpha 4 option though. I haven't used PowerAmp in years.

The Poweramp alpha 4 high res audio mode was working great for me for 24 hours but now fails every time I try to activate it. Not sure how to fix it.

I got the error message too (failed, using default audio) Still sounds amazing to me on my V-Moda M100s. The HiFi quad DAC sounds great on PowerAmp. I think I like it better than Neutron. It certainly gets things thumping better with the right settings/EQ/bass-treble boost.

Yeah, still good no doubt... But damn, when it worked, it was a whole other lever of good! I enabled the 32 bit on neutron and didn't notice much of a difference to be honest.

My recommendation would be the Poweramp alpha 4 and activate the Hi-Res Output for Snapdragon variant. I love Neutron as well but prefer this for the V20.

How do you find the alpha 4?

Love Neutron Music player been using for years but I have a LG G5 so don't know how it sounds on a V20.
